Help with 800 silver Country mark on Brooch

Hello, here is a mark I can't make out and I don't know if this is an actual hallmark or what. Looked around and could only find some italy look alikes but uncertain - Has an old C clasp. Any direction as to where to look would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time and this fantastic sharing of info!

These filigree pieces are hard to ID and date, they still do the c-clasp today on most of these. There are several countries that did them.
