Help with Makers Name on Solid Silver Bangle Please

Hello,

I've got this rather nice heavy solid silver bangle (2.5 troy oz). I think it dates from the 1980's. It is sort of Celtic with a gothic image.

The makers mark looks like NLC or NLO, any help would be appreciated please.

Due to the location of the mark it is a little bit difficult to get a good photo, I hope this will suffice.

I've been told it could be Neil Lapsley Cooper, however, I've Googled and ca't find any mention of him, anyone heard of him please?
