Silver Watch help with Hallmark

I have a Silver Pocket watch which was made in Switzerland and has the Swiss Bear hallmark which means 1881-1934 .875+. There is another hallmark which I cannot identify. See Below

The watch is marked S.A.B Bangkok who were/are a Rolex affiliate

This may be of no relevance but the watch is engraved with Japanese letters which says "The Army"

Any help identifying this hallmark wouldbe much appreciated
