I think this is North African... but Maybe Afghani or similar.

Gosh, I think you are right, I would never, ever have imagined that this bracelet was Italian.I am absolutely stunned. It never even occured to me look at the European marks. Maybe the silver smith was someone of North African/Middle Eastern origin. Maybe not..

You could still be right, at this period Italy had control over Libya and Ethiopia. These countries could, at least, have an influence in the fashion if indeed they were not the country of origin.
