Hmmmm.. there are too many question marks here.
1 Why is the city mark over stamped?
2 This kind of marking was used between 1861 and1879 but the city mark that resembles, note resembles only, Moscow’s mark was used later ->1898 and is rather rare. What would be the year?
3. There is no assayer’s mark. According to the law every item presented on the marked must carry all marks.
4. There is neither a known nor an unknown master with the initials A.I
5. Number 10 in the link is rather dubious, especially the town mark.
6. The mark(s)ing in general looks strange.
