I would appreciate help identifying the maker and what this is! I was told it could be a handbag charm but could it be a keyring? The bear has a chain through its rucksack or parachute, the end unscrews so that the chain can be looped through something.
I had trouble getting decent photos, I guess it is an import hallmark, from the top it reads:
PM or FM
925 upsidedown U T (1993?)
Fillet of Filled (I guess this means hollow but filled with something?)
What looks like a 5 cornered star
Magrino or Vagrino
On the end of the chain (can't get a good photo):
