Who made this, when and where?

Bought this silver hanger in London (UK) and can't find anything about the maker, RT (?) or the hallmark (looks like the Exeter castle but isn't) on the internet.

Can anyone tell me who made it, when and where? Any information is welcome.

This jewell - in contour, flat surface and slot - seems to be inspired by Charles and Ray Eames (American Designer and Filmmaker) 1952 «House of Cards» and 1953 «Giant House of Cards».

I know Charles & Ray Eames from their chairs but did not know they made these 'cards'. Very nice to associate my hanger with their design; I see the resemblance.
I myself thought the hanger was some sort of modern design of a scarab or beetle.

I think it may actually be intended to represent a Christian cross.
