Chester Brooch of Celtic Ship, Silver, 1921, Maker Required

I have a brooch which has what appears to be a Celtic ship on it.

I have learned from the fascinating info on this website that the brooch is silver and made in Chester in 1921.

Can anyone help, please, with the maker of this brooch?

Your Iona-style piece was made by Shipton & Co., my British hallmark references are not available to me at the moment, but suspect that it dates to around the 1940s rather than '20s.
