Hope I do this right with the pictures. My husband bought this lovely necklace but I can't find any reference to the makers mark at all anywhere (I spent about an hour looking thru the forum info). I'm guessing the 800 means it's silver, so possibly made in Germany (although chain/clasp/pendant is completely washed in gold). I say Germany because of the books hubby bought at the same time. The pendant is I think ivory (you can see the striations in the white). The craftsmanship is beatiful. I think the mark along with the 800 mark is BRIGL?? or maybe BRIGI??? The marking is on the pendant and also on the clasp. Any help from anyone would be appreciated. Would love to know who made it, and about when (and where, if the who doesn't answer the where).
