Help identify two pins?

Hello!

The tulip pin is stamped on the front with what looks like B1V and a mark that looks vaguely like a cross with a fat end on the bottom. The clasp on the back is unusual too (see pic.)

Hello Jackie

The mark on the right is a sword.
This is a Dutch mark used on small items between 1814 and 1953.
This indicates a silver fineness of .833 or higher.
Could not find the maker's mark (B1V) in my references.

Hi,

M Bijkamp en Co in Steenwijk used a slightly different "B1V" maker´s mark before 1946.

Thanks JAKJO! Can you tell me anything else about M Bijkamp? I found one brooch from them online, and a couple of pieces of flatware and dishes, but not much else. Might it be under a different name? This is the one piece of jewelry I found:
