Sterling Silver & Guilloche Enamel Unknown Maker/Country

This item has been on my to do list now for some time. The main problem was obtaining a good photograph of the makers mark. This has remained an unfruitful task. I have provided 3 photos. The full front, the sterling mark, and my paint shop picture of the actual mark. The crest on the front of this pin/brooch looks similar to the city mark of Glasgow, Scotland. I could be entirely incorrect on this piece but would be grateful for any further ideas on this piece. Thank you.

It looks very much like the crest brooches produced in Canada by several makers. I'm not familiar with TJM Co, though. Perhaps a crest for Nova Scotia?
