need help with Finland hallmark

I have a ring from Finland with a maker's mark that I don't see on any of the references I've looked at. I'm not an expert or experienced collector. It looks like a rising or setting sun. Thanks for any help!

Believe that's the Rusko based Valo-Koru, in business since 1969.
