I need to find any info on this cross

I'm trying to find any info on this cross. The box shows Whittemore Associates Inc, Boston 8 Mass, Made in England. I have several pictures in the link. Thanks for any and all help.

The cross has London marks for 1960. The sponsor HF & Co LD I have seen before but I do not have a name to put to it. Hopefully some other forum member can help.
