T date mark? Silver bangle.

I am interested to know when it was made. I see an anchor which is a symbol for Birmingham I believe and it has the standard lion mark as well. I've taken some photo's but literally the top half of all the hallmarks have rubbed away so I'm going to type what I see and in the right order

What I see is
B L / Anchor / Lion / T

I'm really interested in the T to be honest, it's slightly italicised and I can't find any info on the particular letter. Also the shield is something I cannot find but it looks like an open book outline.
