Hello.
The RC mark was used by Carr's of Sheffield Ltd.
The Britannia mark indicates a fineness of .9584.
The date letter C is for 1977.

The bottom mark on this ingot is the special commemorative mark for the Queen's Silver Jubilee. This was only the third time such a supplimentary comemorative mark was used.

Sorry, that was only half an answer! The first time a commemorative mark was used was in 1935/6 for the Silver Jubilee of George V and Queen Mary and the second time was 1953/4 for the coronation of the present Queen.

I was just looking around on this forum, when I found that nice silver pendant.
I have got a very similar one. I don't know if you're interested in it, but perhaps...

1. S S ltd.: Maker's mark. SS ltd produced from 1973 to 1979 mainly silverware

2. Tudor Rose: since 1975 town-mark for Sheffield

3. Lion: stands for 925/ Sterling Silver (the look varies in dependence of the date year)

4. C: stands for 1977

5. Queen Elizabeth (see information above)

I think it's interesting that different maker's produced pendants like this. They must have been very popular.
