Unknown Country Picture Mark Ring ID Help!!!

I hope this is in the right spot, I have no idea what country the ring is from and hoping someone here might know.

I can see the 800 and there is a letter C or G above that. The picture looks like it might be a head with feathers or a hat or scarf. Then there is a circle with something, maybe numbers, I'm unsure.

Any information would be greatly appreciated and thank you.
