Makers Symbol ID

Hello,

I have a pretty sterling silver pendant chain necklace with blue topaz. Makers mark both on pendant and on clasp of necklace. I looked everywhere but can't find one like this. Any help on identifying makers mark would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance...pebbles

It is 800/000 silver made in Egypt.
The mark is not the makers mark.
