Unidentifiable Sterling Mark on Brooch

A few days ago I got this beautiful brooch. I went through all of the hallmarks on this website and couldn't find one that matched.
I thought it may be Scandanavian because of its appearance, however I am no expert on sterling and it could easily be something else.

It is marked sterling as well as a hallmark which appears to be either a "T" or a mushroom of sorts.
It has a catseye on the front with an eyebrow over it. Thank you for this wonderful forum as well.
I can't wait to hear your opinions.

a wild guess is that its from Norway. I think that the marks look like a Norwegian tradition, but its only a guess.

I believe your piece was made by Sam Kramer who was located in Greenwich Village, New York City. He worked from 1913 to 1964.
He was a popular and major influence in the American studio jewelry movement.

Regards,
Pat.
