Help with PTP mark on Machine Age Pendant

Item is a machine age art deco pendant, very distinctive geometric piece. Silver circles, onyx, and GF bars. Marked Sterling and GF and what I am guessing are the artist’s initials in script: PTP. Judging from wear and such, my hunch is that it is not a contemporary piece. Very grateful for any assistance. Thank you.
