need help to identify mark

I believe that mark was used by the Iskin Manufacturing Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvannia (c.1930). Founded by Harry Iskin.

The conjoined H and I are on page 129 of the American Jewelry Manufacturers by Rainwater. It is attributed to Harry Iskin and the Dates of operation are given as 1931 to 1943.
