PLEASE help identify cat brooch cursive signature & mark

I can't make out this signature - it looks like "Fedorke Deelos" or something like that. I can't read the middle word.
In the middle the 925 and "on wax" is readable. I assume this means it was made using the wax casting method.
Any guesses on who made this??
