Mimi's Ring

Hello, I'm volunteering for the county during renovation of an historic mansion and I recovered this child-sized, sterling silver ring. A little girl with a sad and tragic story lived with her grandparents at the mansion between 1928 and 1941. The county is considering displaying the ring on-site with other family relics and we're hoping to get a little more information on it.
The ring design has hearts and bows around it's entirety and three marks on the inside: "EFS", "925", and the "eyeball" looking mark shown in the pic below. Unfortunately I couldn't get an accurate shot of the EFS makers mark so I'm including a drawing of the mark.

Any help identifying the ring's maker and possible date of manufacture would be greatly appreciated and would help us fill out the placard in the mansion's mini-museum.
