Eight (8) Dots Flower 84 Mark

An accompanying Sterling word mark has been seen on another sample of these Moosies (Mooses, Meese, or whatever) without the frames but having he same unidentified mark of seven (7) dots encircling one (1) dot to form a floral or flower mark. I believe the "84's" relate to the copyright symbol mark, and likely a date. The marks are always on the base of the animals. TIA
