MM ID Request: Vintage Estate Ring, Purple Main Stone, Unknown Age

I have a sterling silver ring with a light purple stone. It has a “sterling” mark on one side of the band. The other side of the band has a mark of two triangles in a diamond shape with initials that are not immediately clear. They are possibly “TS.” If anyone can provide some identifying info, I would be very appreciative.
