I have a very old designer belt buckle, made of massive brass with two knotting. The double buckle is handmade. It has a total width of 15 cm x 5 cm. In the middle of the bottom of one buckle is a Hallmark, Mark, logo. Manufacturer, designer?

Does anyone know this manufacturer, buckle? Probably around 1900 - 1940
I think it is from the US, GB, France.
It is no an military belt.
