men's sterling ring found metal detecting, help id

Hello to all and thank you in advance for taking the time to read this.(hope i am posting in the right place) while i was metal detecting this summer i found this silver ring. it is marked sterling, it also has a makers mark and hallmark. i have taken the time to search thru the many many images of marks and unless i have missed it, i cannot find anything on this ring.
as you can see from the first image the stone or whatever was there has fallen off and i was unable to find it.
the second image shows the different marks, the initials appear to be B & W or B E W.
i haven't a clue as to what the hallmark might be other than maybe a key.
metal detecting is simply my favorite hobby, i love digging up things from the past or items of interest especially if i can get a bit of history for it. so any info on this item or a direction to point me in would be greatly appreciated. thank you again
