Need Help Reading This Stamp On Silver Masonic Ring

Hello,

I need help with this silver masonic ring. It has wear on it so it makes it hard for my eyes to clearly read it, even with a magnifying glass. I believe the mark says "HALTOM STERLING". Can someone PLEASE confirm or correct what it says. Also, can someone date this ring and possible where it originated from.
