Clown brooch hallmark

Good afternoon! I would be very grateful for your help in identifying the jewelry company of my brooch (pendant). Photos are enclosed. It's not seen very well, but there is a number "047" between clown's eyes and mouth.

I also have such pendant. Considering the font, I suppose, they are made by one company. But there is only 'sterling' hallmark on it. I hope it will somehow help in search. Thanks in advance!

I think I know who makes your pins / brooch. It is definitely made by the thing that lives in every child's dark closet or under its bed at night. Those are two of the most frightening pieces of clown jewelry I have ever seen.
