I have no information about this piece and would appreciate any and all help I can get. The marks "M.K." are visible on the front righthand side and the word "G F(?) Rothshild". and "NYC" are on the back.

It appears to be a charm of the baby Jesus being watched over by two angels. An Internet search provided a couple of modern examples of similarly themed charms. As to the maker and date, I cannot add anything further.
