10k unknown hallmark A 203?

Hello, and thank you for your time. I have what a scratch test shows to be a silver ring. Yet stamped 10k. An unknown (to me) hallmark, looks to be an "R" or a "B". also stamped with A203. I have frustrated myself and taken every path I could, now just wishing I could fit this thing around my neck. Lol but if any one can help me out, id rather graciously accept that. Thank you again.
