10k unknown hallmark A 203?

Hello, and thank you for your time. I have what a scratch test shows to be a silver ring. Yet stamped 10k. An unknown (to me) hallmark, looks to be an "R" or a "B". also stamped with A203. I have frustrated myself and taken every path I could, now just wishing I could fit this thing around my neck. Lol but if any one can help me out, id rather graciously accept that. Thank you again.

Can you post some more images of the marks, but taken in daylight, no flash, and at a slightly more direct angle.
