Large Silver Cuff Sterling Hallmark Identification

Purchased this cuff recently and have had an incredible amount of difficulty identifying it's maker. Marked "Sterling K Brighton". Whereas it is obviously not a Brighton piece, I am assuming it was produced in the city of Brighton, either in the US or abroad. Any help IDing the hallmark would be greatly appreciated!
