Help identifying mark: conjoined WM (or MW) 925, heavy silver cuff

I am looking for help to identify the maker of this silver cuff. It's a heavy piece, nice scroll work, and looks identical to another question posted on this site in 2012 which is unanswered (ref: http://925-1000.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=31346)
Following is a photo of the cuff, and a close-up of the mark on the inside surface.
We have been researching and found this site, but aside from the other posting (referenced earlier) has not found anything.
