A hearty and Happy 2015 to all!

I am looking for information regarding this bracelet, which, I believe, is signed "Belman Silver". I discovered this beauty years ago at a flea market, and couldn't leave it there amongst the junk. I can't find any information about the age, manufacturer. It is heavy, weighing 53.95 grams. I would be grateful for any information. I love the detailed work at center on the silver, combined with the heavy links. I've never seen anything like it.
