Pin I found Marked 925 and "CCQ" . Can't find a thing on it

So I found the pin thrifting and got it for 25 cents . No clue what the stone is but it is silver . Looks Mexican made possibly and the only hallmark beside "925" is "ccq". I've searched google with no luck . Anyone familiar with the maker ? Or the stone which is really cool . Also has a fresh water pearl on it
