This mark is EVERYWHERE and making me crazy!

Can anyone identify this mark?? I have come across it dozens of times, mostly "southwest earthy" type pieces, approx. 1970's or 80's+. 99% sure it's an American company, mass producer probably. I've been researching for about a year and am at my wits end! Reminds me of the Shubes (Dakota West) mystery, as there seems to be pieces EVERYWHERE but it was hard to pin it down. ANY info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
