Would you be so kind as to identify the craftsman/maker of my silver jewelry item?

I'm afraid I failed to *clearly* zoom in on the (craftsman's) marking with my camera, so I had no choice but to attempt to draw the symbol which is found on my jewelry. The mystery marking is found *beside* the word, "STERLING" not under it as my drawing depicts. Also, the-----what I believe is an-----"arrow" is pointing LEFT.

If you cannot----or do not want to----help me identify my jewelry, then would you kindly refer me to someone who can or would. I do appreciate your time ever so much.

PS. The mysterious "arrow" mark is to the right of the word "STERLING"; however my camera does not possess the power to take a clear and noticeable picture of the tiny mysterious mark.
