Necklace maker and date questions

Hi all,
can't seem to track the maker of this necklace, certainly not a Barzillai. I don't think the marked tag is a later addition because the attachment ring is soldered and shows a considerable wearmark from the adjoining ring.
If the 'BB' mark cannot be attributed, just approximate date by style would be helpful.
