It’s
NAVAJO cutout overlay "concha" or "concho" links with two layers of silver. Time consuming process is required to create cutout design, and complex soldering process bonding the two layers together. Oxidation is done
after soldering (contrary to common belief) to create blackened background because soldering highly oxidized silver is impossible and besides, pickling would destroy oxidized layer anyway.
Man in the Maze is an ancient symbol throughout the southwest of USA.
It’s NAVAJO for sure, but there are many unidentified maker’s marks. Generally, Navajo artists used initials for their artist mark, but cactus is documented Navajo silver mark.
Good luck!
