I would like to find out the name of the manufacturer who stamped their vintage (approx 1970's) sterling silver jewelry rings with "Sterling B"...and the letter B has an A inside the top part of the B and an R inside the bottom part of the B. I've seen this hallmark only on sterling silver rings that have a faceted glass stone. Esposito (ESPO) and Vargas made similar rings.

Did you ever find out the maker? I have an identical amethyst ring, and I am determined to get to the bottom of this makers mark, haha!

/list][/code][/img]I have a ring identical to your with the B. However it is a light almost clear pink stone. I was going to submit a pic. But not sure how on here yet. I have been unable to find ANYTHING on this stamp.
