UnKnown Makers mark "W" inside a rounded triangle

I am looking for information about a bangle bracelet, I am not sure if it is American or other?..it is marked STER"W"LING...the "W" is inside a rounded triangle. The bracelet appears hand hammered with several letters or symbols going around it? I do not know what it says/means or the date of this. Any information would be greatly appreciated. The tips of the braclelet have what looks like capital B's with an arrow going sideways thru the B.

Hi,
It is an award bracelet given by the Camp Fire Girls, a sort of merit badge. W stands for Wohelo, a motto and trademark of the organization. Production spanned many decades.
