Have tried to find out who or where these silver earrings, ring set are made by for some time now can't seem to find them anywhere any help would be greatly appreciated

Were purchased at an estate sale in ny daughter said she thought her mother acquired them in the 1920 to 1930 range if this helps seached every data base I could find and nothing on these markings.Thanks
