AE hallmark on pendant

Hello, I'm new here. I'm trying to identify the hallmark on the back of my pendant, it may be done by hand. It has the letter A attached to the letter E with sterling underneath.
The pendant looks to be hand made also.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
