Sterling/Pearl Ring Mark Identification

Hello! This is my first forum post, so I apologize if I do it incorrectly. I do not actually know if this is made by an American company or not, but I'll start from here. Can anyone help me identify the origin/maker of this ring? "Sterling" is also stamped inside the ring. Thanks!
