Graphic illustration of the makers mark

The markings include "Handmade," and "Sterling," but after years of looking, the maker has me stumped. The makers mark appears stylistically modern, so this may be a revival style piece rather than period. The round bead work is somewhat reminiscent of Mary Gage and Lillian Pines, and so may be from the East Coast and from a similar production time frame.
Any direction would be appreciated.
