RFI Hallmark "Francisco" - Modernist SS Mixd Metal

Dear Folks,

Any assistance on the ID and bio of the artist on this Sterling Silver, Copper, and Bronze "Eye" tie tack. The piece is hallmarked "Francisco" on the reverse. Looks like pieces that were made in the early to mid-century Modernist movement.

This makersmark is inscribed, most likely with an electric engraving tool. Since it is not a registered "trade mark" it wouldn't be listed in most reference books. Sorry.
