"V" mark on Sterling and turquoise ring

Hello all! Inherited a BUNCH of jewelry and this is the only piece with a makers mark on it. I searched the site (and others) already and no luck. Hopefully I post the photos okay as I need help with this one. THANKS!

That's the Silpada Jewelry company mark. They do home parties, probably not natural turquoise but reconstituted.
