Silver Ring identifing mark possibly Ohio area

I bought this ring and am trying to find out what i can about it's history. The ring is stamped Put-in-Bay 3 times around the band, I know all about put-in-bay I am trying to find out where this was made, or who made it and how it may have got to put in bay etc. the one side of the stamp looks like an S I can not figure what the other half is.
