Please help identify this mark

As the markings were too small to photograph well, I did my best to draw the unknown mark. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello and welcome.

That mark was used by the Vargas Mfg. Company, Providence, Rhode Island (c. 1945 - c. 1996).
