Unknown makers mark assistance

Ok 2nd try this time with two pictures...

I did not find this in the online reference for makers marks and I can not tell if it is a stylized CTC or..?

This is a WW2 Flight Engineers Wing typically awarded to men assigned to B-29s.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Although the picture is large, the mark is not very clear. From what I can see, it strongly resembles a Gorham mark. Please have a look here and let us know if it resembles any of the Gorham trademarks.
